Chairman's Welcome

Welcome to the new pages of The Old Silcoatians' Association.

The objects of the Association are to unite former pupils of all generations of Silcoates School in helpful fellowship and to co-operate and assist in the promotion of the welfare of the school and the Silcoates School Foundation.

Membership is open to former pupils, past and present members of staff of the school and the Foundation, and any friend of the school or the Foundation whom the Association wishes to honour.

Old Silcoatians meet at a variety of events such as the Annual Reunion Day and Dinner, quiz evenings and sporting events where we maintain the strong friendships we enjoyed at school, develop new ones and continue to ensure that the objectives of the Association can be achieved.  The Annual Dinner attracts in excess of 150 people and over the last few years The Drifters, Gerry and the Pacemakers and our friend Peter Grant have entertained our members and their guests.

The Association is proud to exist, proud to support its members and proud to support the school and the Foundation.  Being part of Silcoates is something special - let us keep it that way.
