The Senior School and Junior School were inspected by the Independent Schools Inspectorate in November 2010. This was an interim inspection that focussed mainly on issues of regulatory compliance. Both schools were judged to be fully compliant and the inspectors commented very favourably on many other aspects of the educational provision at Silcoates.
