Little Explorer Sessions
Calling all little explorers aged 1-2 years and their parents. Take a sneak peek into the vibrant world of Silcoates Pre-School with our Little Explorer sessions.
Designed for families who would like to experience Silcoates Pre-School for the first time, these ‘stay and play’ sessions provide a wonderful introduction to our Early Years provision and offer an opportunity to explore our setting, meet our team and see how your child could thrive at Silcoates Pre-School. From the first steps of exploration, to the mastery of their art, learn how we ignite a love for learning in our pupils, fostering their natural curiosity and imagination.
Sessions take place in blocks of three, over a three week period, running from 9.30 to 10.30 on each date.
Across the three weeks, you and your child will enjoy engaging activities within our Pre-School classrooms and explore our dedicated outdoor learning spaces. Our experienced Early Years team, led by Mrs Escreet (Head of EYFS) will be on hand to answer questions and support you as you begin to explore the next stage of your child’s learning journey.
Our next block of Little Explorer sessions will run in Summer 2026. To book a place for you and your child at these sessions, please complete the booking form below.

Places for these sessions are limited and so early booking is encouraged.
Please note that bookings are limited to one parent per family. Siblings under the age of one are welcome to come along with you, just let us know at the time of booking.
