Our Pre-School is renowned for providing the highest quality early years education for children aged two years and eight months, up until they turn five.
We understand that the Pre-School years are a special and important time of a child’s life and we believe that the success of their education is very much a partnership between home and school. At Silcoates Pre-School, learning takes place through play. A dedicated and committed team of Early Years specialists tune into your child and support their learning through well planned, stimulating and exciting activities within a safe and happy learning environment. We find real joy in helping them to make exciting discoveries and unlock their unique skills and talents.
We aim to create a real love of learning, where all children can achieve their potential and are full of confidence ready for when they move on. Staff in the Pre-School work closely with the Reception class, ensuring a smooth transition as they move through school. It is only by visiting the Pre-School and seeing everyone working together that the real atmosphere can be experienced. Please do come and meet us.
Children in the early years are well cared for within a safe and happy environment. Their needs are met effectively through the thorough planning of the staff, who provide a varied programme of activities tailored to children’s individual needs in all the areas of learning and development.
